Store Policy

Returns are accepted up to 14 days of receiving the order. In order for an item to be returned, send us an email to shopredstringboutique@gmail.com and we will gladly contact you with the instructions on what to do. You will be granted store credit for the amount paid on the item exclusively (shipping costs not included).

Items must be new, unworn, and unaltered with the tags attached. Customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and fees.

Once we receive the return it will be inspected, and we'll notify you if your return is accepted or declined. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your tracking information shows delivered.

Returned items will ONLY be given store credit or exchanged for sizing.

We reserve the right to refuse returns taht do not meet our policy.
